What is being asked
Nothing more, at this stage, than your institution's consent to be listed. If you accept, OSN will name your institution as a joint validation participant in the application submitted to MAS. All technical, commercial and operational arrangements would be discussed separately and only if the application is approved.
Terms of this invitation
- Non-binding. This invitation, and any reply to it, creates no legal obligation, commercial commitment, exclusivity or expectation of business between your institution and Open Settlement Network Pte. Ltd.
- Limited use of information. Information you provide will be used solely to identify your institution as a joint validation participant within OSN's Sandbox Plus application to MAS, and for correspondence relating to it. It will not be used for any other purpose, disclosed publicly, or used in marketing without your prior written consent.
- Conditional and withdrawable. Any participation is conditional on MAS approving the application. Your institution may withdraw its consent to be named at any time before submission, and after submission may request that OSN notify MAS of the withdrawal, by written notice to the address below.
- No regulatory endorsement. OSN has not been granted admission to Sandbox Plus and holds no licence from MAS. Nothing here implies approval, endorsement or any assessment by MAS.
Two steps: this form registers interest only. If you wish to proceed, OSN will send a one-page letter of consent for signature — that letter, not this form, is what authorises the use of your institution's name.
